Distilled in small batches, infused with the spirit of Skye
Botanicals include; poppy seed, juniper, coriander, liquorice root, blaeberry and sweet orange
Key features; sweetness of poppy with a small hint of liquorice, the tartness of blaeberries through the middle with a hint of sweet orange to leave a balanced citrus finish.
Recommended Serve; serve with a tonic water of your choice and ice (we recommend Walter Gregor's tonic) and garnish with a wedge of lemon or a twist of lemon and fresh blaeberries
